Section 12.  Tags, Tag Colors, Grades and Bulk Shipments

 

Grades have been established by the State Department of Agriculture pursuant to 80-3-311, Montana Codes Annotated, 1981.   Any questions or other concerns regarding grades should be presented to the State Department of Agriculture.  Montana State University assumes no responsibility for the establishment, inspection or enforcement of grades.  A copy of the relevant Department of Agriculture regulations are attached as Appendix B.
